However, the product should not be damaged by you and must have sent with original packaging.

Well, the standard time is 4 to 5 days for your cash point credited to your Aliflailaa account. Once the product is received and inspected by our experts, you will get your return cash creditied in your store account.

If I don’t like the product I purchased, can I get a replacement?

Yes, you can get replacement of the same product if you don’t like the product you have purchased from us. All you need to do is to contact us on ___________ . a new order will be processed once we have received an old product.

If I return my purchased product, will I bear the shipment charges?

No. you don’t have to worry about the shipment charges as Aliflailaa will bear the charges of your returned products. However, the product should not be damaged and must be in original packaging.

If the item I have bought goes on sale after I have purchased it, will you match the prices?

If such case happens within 3 days of purchase, we will make sure that you get the refund of the difference of prices. You can contact us for the same.

Will I get to know if the product I choose is going on sale?
