Returns & Replacement Policy

 Cancellations and returns

Alike any ecommerce company, we too strongly believe that our customers are our precious gems that should be preserved with utmost care and concerns. When you are buying any product online, there are chances that you may find products damaged or not up to the mark on arrival. That is where the cancellation and return policy comes in to picture and we have a fair and transparent cancellation and return policy to help our customers.

Once you have received the product and you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, you can initiate the return request within 7 days of the delivery date. You can contact us by call XYZ or mail us at xyuz@aliflailla.com and we will start your return process.

Once we have received the return request, we will honor your request even if the reverse pickup is not done within the time frame by the courier company. However, you need to reply to our first respond and if you fail to do so, we will cancel your return request.

Here is a whole process of return request initiation:

  • First of all, you need to initiate your return request from your authorised aliflailla.com affiliated account within 7 days of the delivery.
  • You also need to ensure that the merchandise is not used, worn, washed and damaged and available in a sealed condition.
  • The merchandise must have tags, box should be intact.
  • You need to pack the returned merchandise safely so that it retains intact during the return journey.
  • You need to pack the product in the original packaging condition and the address should be there. If the address is wrong, Rs. 200 will be deducted from your credits.
  • If you are going for self shipment, you need to ensure that the product reaches to us within 7 days of raising the return request.

When it comes to return requests, following reasons are acceptable:

  • Product Dissatisfaction
  • Defective/ Damaged product received
  • Size Issue
  • Incorrect Product received

Above mentioned reasons are considered valid when it comes to replacing the product with the same product or any other products of your choice or store credits. However, in case you have asked for replacement and we don’t have the same product in our store, we will credit your Aliflailaa account.

Non-returnable categories:

Though we cater to process all types of your return requests, below mentioned product categories are non return/ exchange policy unless there is an inherent damage/ defective issue at the time of delivery.

  • Jewellery
  • Handbags & Wallets
  • Socks
  • Watches
  • Footwear
  • Leggings

However, in case of following reasons, we will not accept the return.

  • Damaged products due to use
  • Items that are used
  • No barcode and tampered products
  • Sensitive things like perfumes if they are opened
  • Products that don’t fall in the manufacturer warranty
  • Products that are not returned with original packaging and without accessories and other items

Return Procedure:

Product can be returned in the following ways:-

Reverse pickup:

At selected locations, we offer reverse pickup facility if you want to return the product. This facility is offered by our logistic partners and you can avail at certain locations as per your postal codes. When we accept the return request, we will notify about the same.

Self-shipment by the customer:

If your location does not fall in the reverse pickup facility availed by our logistic partners, we advise you to send self-ship the product at our warehouse and the parcel should reach to us within 7 days of the return request date. Also, you need to upload the scanned copy of courier slip within 7 days. We will reimburse 100Rs for each return self-shipment or pay you the courier charges mentioned in the scanned copy.

However, you need to understand that the all returns are subjected to product quality inspections.

Refund Policy:

The refund amount will be credited to your Aliflailaa account and you can redeem it within the six months to buy any product.

The credited amount will be the amount of the merchandise price and it will be credited once our quality team has inspected the product and are positive. Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund value.

Important note:

Also, you need to upload the damaged/ defected product images within the 72 hours of the delivery to start the return procedure. We will replace the damaged/ defected product or give you store credit worth product price, as per your preferences. Once you have made a request, we will start the reverse pickup procedure or ask you to go for self shipment of the product (As per your postal code and logistic partner’s availability). If you have not returned the product with original tags, you are not eligible for replacement or store credits.

What is the procedure of Order Cancellation?

If you have placed an order and you want to cancel it. here is the procedure of order cancellation:

You can cancel any product that you have ordered, you can do it before the product is shipped. All you need to do is to call/mail us and inform us about the cancellation and if the product is shipped and not delivered, we will ask our logistic partners to take care of the issue.

However, if the delivery is done, you cannot go for order cancellation. In case you want to cancel it, you need to follow return request procedure.

Some important facts:

If any return request is cancelled, it will not proceed further.

If you have cancelled the return request and the product is dispatched, you are not entitled for any types of refund/credits/ replacement.

We don’t return the amount in the forms of cash/cheque or NEFT. W offer replacement of the product or give store credits.

If you have gained points for previous purchased items, they will not be credited back if the new order returned you have purchased with those credit points.

FREE Shipping above orders Rs 500

If the total value of your order is more than 500Rs, you will not have to bear any shipping cost, it is absolutely zero. However, if the total order value is less than 500Rs, you have to pay the nominal charge of 40Rs. You have to pay the shipping charge and other handling charges through online payment option if you have purchased the product with the store credits.

Everyone wants that the product they have ordered online reach to them in no time and you need not to assume that free shipping means the delivery will be late. However, you can expect your products in minimum 6-7 days of the order placing date and we will deliver the product as soon as possible to you. it also depends on the location where you stay.
